Our story
Honest Work, Family Owned
At Quality Auto Complete Auto Repair, Oscar and his team keep Rancho Cucamonga drivers on the road, from routine maintenance to full transmission rebuilds. We are a family shop, father and son working side by side, and every repair starts with a clear, honest explanation of what your vehicle actually needs.
Customers come back year after year because we do not disappear into a workshop and hand over a surprise bill. We walk you through the diagnosis, quote it fairly, and get the job done fast: one Friday evening alternator replacement was finished in under 90 minutes when other shops wanted to keep the car overnight.
Whether it is a transmission that needs attention or a roadside emergency on the way out of town, we treat every vehicle like it is our own.
- Family-owned, father and son team
- Clear, honest communication on every repair
- Fast turnaround, even for emergencies
- Customers who return year after year
What customers say
“Oscar was the best. Communication was above and beyond. My truck needed a new transmission and it runs like new now. I'm so beyond pleased with the service I received. Thank you for being honest, communicative, and efficient!”
“Quality Auto is great. Oscar and his team really know what they are doing. We've been coming to them for years. Oscar explains the problem clearly and gets the job done fast. Best Auto Repair! You won't be disappointed.”
“Our alternator gave out on a Friday evening at 4 pm, on our way to a camping trip. Quality Auto quoted us a fair price and jumped on the task right away. They got us back on the road in less than 1.5 hours when other shops said we'd have to leave the car overnight.”
